I created the Iclal flower (on the top) on 14 March 2021. This is the exact reverse of the Tugce flower.
It looks more similar to some other pentagonal flowers. But after folding most of them, including Philip Shen's flower, I made sure that it has differences on its own.
The flower has a pointed back. This makes it suitable for putting a stem to it and placing in bouquets. By the way, Iclal is my mom's name.
How to fold the Iclal flower
Step 1
Prepare a pentagonal paper.
Step 2
Fold it like a bird base.
Make a crease by lining the corner with the two corners (not the top corner).
Fold the corner in half and make a crease.
Unfold the paper and see the smaller pentagon.
Squash fold the little pentagon the have this shape.
Fold the corner a little like that.
Repeat four more times.
Open one petal a little. But don't push it. We don't want to lose the little star in the middle.
Fold the petal to the middle of the left petal at the back.
Fold the petal to the middle of the right petal at the back.
Repeat step 10-11 for all petals. And your flower is ready.
You can lock the petal from behind if you like.
