My Eighteenth Design: Leyla Flower 2

Here is the second variation of the Leyla flower. I created this on 26 March 2021.

The change is the shape of the paper and the middle part. You can try it with pentagon, too.

How to Fold Leyla Flower 2

Step 1

Prepare a hexagonal paper.

Step 2

Fold the bottom corner to the top middle.

Step 3

Unfold and fold the corner up to the crease.

Step 4

Unfold the paper and see two hexagons.

Step 5

Squash fold them.

Step 6

Fold the corner inside a little.

Step 7

Repeat five more times.

Step 8

Fold the upper corner inside like that.

Step 9

Repeat five more times.

Step 10

Fold the upper corner inside.

Step 11

Repeat five more times.

Your flower is ready. This variation is wider (different than the pointy first variation).
