My Tenth Design: Flower Bud (for Leyla, Gokce and Bilge Flowers)

 

I created the flower bud (at the bottom) on 13 March 2021.

It doesn't have a name. It can be used with Leyla, Gokce and Bilge flowers.

How to fold the flower bud

Step 1

Prepare a pentagonal paper. You may wish it to be smaller than the ones you use for main flowers.

Step 2

Fold the paper like the water bomb base.

Step 3

Put the bottom point to the top line and make a pinch, not a crease.

Step 4

Put the corner to the pinch mark and make a crease.

Step 5

Open the paper a little and squash fold the pentagon in the middle.

Step 6

Fold one corner up to the top.

Step 7

Repeat four more times.

Step 8

Curl the petal outwards.

Step 9

Repeat four more times. And your flower bud is ready.
