My Forty-Ninth Design: Oval Froebel Variation 4

I created this variation on 20 June 2021.

How to fold the Oval Froebel Variation 4

Step 1

Fold a windmill base.

Step 2

Fold the opposite corners in half, and the other opposite corners in fourths.

Step 3

Squash fold all the corners.

Step 4

Fold the middle corners up and back.

Step 5

Fold all the side corners to the middle of their parts.

Step 6

Fold the top corners to the middle, too.

Step 7

Turn the model over and fold the squash folded corners back.

Step 8

Turn the model over. The unit is ready.

Step 9

You can also fold the middle corners up.
