My Eighty-Sixth Design: Froebel Card Holder

I created this design on 7 November 2021, as I was playing with Froebel variations. It's a great card holder for Christmas tables and wedding tables.

How to fold the Froebel card holder

Step 1

Fold a windmill base.

Step 2

Fold to opposite side in half, and two opposite sides in fourths.

Step 3

Sink fold all the corners.

Step 4

Fold two triangles back.

Step 5

Fold the triangles' back flaps to the diamonds' back.

Step 6

Turn the model over and fold the long sides back.

Step 7

Turn the model over and fold the diamond flaps as shown.

Step 8

Put your finger slightly inside the gap and then puff bottom sides a little.
