My Sixty-Seventh Design: Backdrop Flower 1

I created this flower on 18 July 2021. It has a flat back, so I thought it would be a good backdrop.

How to fold the Backdrop flower 1

Step 1

Prepare a pentagonal paper.

Step 2

Fold the corners inside and unfold.

Step 3

We will repeat the previous step toward inside. Always crease the line in between.

Step 4

Crease the third layer.

Step 5

Crease the fourth layer.

Step 6

Collapse the middle pentagon.

Step 7

Turn the model over and fold all petals to the right (or to the left)

Step 8 

Turn the model over and flatten the middle pentagon.

Step 9

Open the petal. It should feel up above, not flat.

Step 10

Open up all the petal and shape them using creases.
